Overview
In this role, you guide UHNW clients on strategy, asset allocation, and portfolio construction, while leading research across markets. You’ll support investment decisions, present tailored solutions, and drive client acquisition and retention. You work with senior leadership to shape the firm's growth and leverage advanced tools to improve outcomes. The position combines advisory excellence with hands-on portfolio stewardship in a dynamic, international setting.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Advise clients on investment strategy, asset allocation, and portfolio construction
- Lead investment research and due diligence across public and private markets
- Support Investment Committee and implementation of investment decisions
- Develop and maintain diversified investment solutions (equities, fixed income, hedge funds, ETFs, private equity, private credit, venture capital, real estate)
- Present market views and tailored portfolio recommendations to clients and prospects
- Support business development to acquire and retain clients
- Identify innovative investment solutions and leverage technology and AI to enhance processes
- Collaborate with senior management on long-term growth and strategic development
- Report to clients and management
- Participate in day-to-day in-office operations
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Superior academic background in Banking, Finance or Economy
- 10+ years of experience in investment advisory, portfolio management, private banking, family office, or wealth management
- Strong expertise in asset allocation, portfolio construction, manager selection, and alternative investments
- Proven experience advising UHNW individuals, families, and entrepreneurs
- Commercially minded with strong relationship management and business development capabilities
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and capable of operating in a growing organisation
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly
- Fluent English; French highly desirable
- Swiss residence ideally
