Overview

As a Lawyer for a leading global healthcare company, you will advise on a broad set of commercial contracts and support sales and marketing on legal matters. You will drive compliance activities and monitor third-party engagements, sponsorships, and grants across the DACH region. You’ll collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to uphold high standards of legal and ethical conduct. This role offers regional responsibility in Switzerland and Austria with occasional Germany involvement and a dynamic, international environment.

• Advise on commercial contracts (service, supplier, key account, financing)
• Support sales and marketing on legal matters

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Switzerland-qualified lawyer with 5–10 years post-qualification experience
• Solid background in contract law
• Compliance knowledge is a strong asset
• Experience in healthcare sector (pharmaceuticals or medical technology)
• Languages: French and English; German is highly desirable
• Ability to handle cross-border legal matters within a complex organization
