Overview
In this role you provide end-to-end legal support for international projects, guiding contracts from development through operations. You will draft and negotiate EPC, FIDIC, and related agreements, advise on risk and governance, and support bids and disputes. As primary legal advisor to senior commercial leadership, you influence strategic opportunities and multi-stakeholder negotiations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable project delivery at scale in a dynamic, global business.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Provide legal support across international project lifecycles (development, structuring, execution, operations)
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial and project agreements (EPC, EPCM, FIDIC, construction, procurement, services, partnerships)
- Advise on contractual risk, project delivery, governance, change management and stakeholder relationships
- Support major bids/tenders from a legal perspective (risk allocation, strategic negotiation planning)
- Act as primary legal adviser to the Group Chief Commercial & Contracts Officer on strategic opportunities and contractual matters
- Support claims management, dispute avoidance and resolution with internal/external stakeholders
- Lead or support negotiations with investors, partners, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Act as trusted legal partner to development, construction, procurement, finance and leadership teams on strategic initiatives and complex transactions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Qualified lawyer with 5-10 years' experience in projects, construction or infrastructure law
- Strong expertise in EPC/FIDIC contracts, contract management and project execution
- Experience in infrastructure, data centres, energy, construction or engineering sectors
- Proven exposure to complex international and multi-jurisdictional projects
- Commercial, pragmatic and comfortable working with business and operational stakeholders
