Verantwortungsbereiche

• Lead and improve IT operations and the digital workplace environment
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, device management, access management, and user support
• Manage helpdesk, service management, and high-quality service delivery
• Oversee collaboration and productivity tools used organization-wide
• Drive automation initiatives and improve employee experience through technology
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to maintain security and compliance
• Manage IT budgets, software licenses, hardware, and vendor relationships
• Maintain governance of applications and SaaS landscape; ensure proper adoption and alignment with business needs
• Manage software renewals, licensing, contracts, and vendor performance
• Identify opportunities to simplify tech stack and reduce costs
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and technology spend optimization in partnership with Finance
• Assist business leaders in making effective technology decisions

Zentrale Anforderungen

• 8+ years in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, Enterprise Systems, Digital Workplace, or similar leadership role
• Experience managing IT support, workplace technology, identity and access management, and device lifecycle management
• Proven track record in SaaS governance, vendor management, software licensing, and budget management
• Experience in international, multi-site, or fast-growing tech environments
• Knowledge of automation and AI solutions in a corporate setting is highly desirable
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
