Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process in collaboration with the external payroll provider.
- Review, validate, and process payroll-related changes and employee data.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll.
- Support monthly close activities, including accruals, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance teams on payroll costs and budget analysis.
- Perform reconciliations of social security contributions, pension schemes, and payroll-related accounts.
- Process and monitor HR-related invoices.
- Liaise with social insurance institutions and internal stakeholders.
- Respond to employee and management queries regarding payroll calculations and payroll administration.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss payroll regulations and social security contributions.
- Proven experience managing payroll processes with external providers.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Experience with payroll ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent in English; French and/or German are an advantage.
- Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders.
- Professional, discreet, and committed to delivering a high-quality payroll service.
