Overview

In this role you will lead industrialization projects from process development to production transfer, ensuring quality, cost and timeline targets. You will act as a Work Package Leader, coordinating planning, costs and deliverables within cross-functional teams. You will design and implement manufacturing equipment and workflows, and support validation and technology transfer across sites. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge automation and a direct impact on manufacturing performance in a GMP/ISO environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Lead industrialization projects from process development to production transfer
  • Act as Work Package Leader managing planning, timelines, costs and deliverables
  • Design, develop and commission manufacturing equipment, tooling, fixtures, test benches and automated systems
  • Develop 3D CAD models, drawings, tolerances and technical documentation
  • Define and industrialize manufacturing workflows and material/equipment flows
  • Collaborate with R&D, Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality and Maintenance
  • Define URS and contribute to equipment and process specs
  • Support validation activities (EQ, OQ, PQ) and prepare technical documentation
  • Ensure robust Design Transfer to Manufacturing and training during first production batches
  • Participate in technology transfer and industrialization across global sites
  • Contribute to risk assessments (eFMEA / pFMEA) and mitigation actions
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement across processes, equipment and automation
  • Act as SME for equipment design, industrialization and technology transfer
  • Mentor other engineers

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years in process development, industrialization, equipment engineering, scale-up, validation or technology transfer
  • Experience in GMP and/or ISO 13485 environments
  • Strong project engineering skills with ability to manage work packages within budget, quality and timeline
  • Hands-on 3D CAD experience (SolidWorks, CATIA or Inventor)
  • Experience with automation, robotics, industrial vision or automated systems is advantageous
  • Good understanding of manufacturing process development, equipment qualification and process validation
  • Structured, practical, results-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and suppliers
  • Fluent in French and English
