Overview
As a member of the management team, you will partner with departments to ensure high-quality financial information and reliable processes. You will lead financial and operational controlling, drive KPI-based decision support, and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will supervise the accounting team, manage external relationships, and contribute to strategic discussions. This role offers broad influence across finance with a focus on control, performance, and cross-functional impact in a Swiss services group.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead all financial and operational controlling activities
- Produce and analyse KPIs to support decision-making
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Support senior management in monitoring performance and identifying improvements
- Supervise accounting team and ensure quality closings and regulatory compliance
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders
- Ensure effectiveness of processes, internal controls, and management reporting tools
- Contribute to strategic discussions and cross-functional projects
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Proven experience in a value-added controlling role (Head of Controlling, Senior Controller, Finance Manager, or equivalent)
- Experience managing or overseeing an accounting team or department
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Ability to translate financial insights into actionable management recommendations
- Natural leadership, ownership, and pragmatic approach
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
