Overview
In this role you will manage the global portfolio of retail marketing tools, ensuring consistent quality and scalable delivery across regions. You will lead tool development, production governance, and cross-functional projects, acting as the central link between design, procurement, and regional teams. The position focuses on building a centralized docs and tooling platform and driving continuous process improvements. You’ll work to standardize tools and enable efficient rollout, contributing to a fast-growing retail footprint with global impact.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Tool development & production: lead end-to-end tool development, prototype coordination, and quality reviews; maintain documentation and specs
- Portfolio management: oversee global tool portfolio, ensure standardization and regional consistency
- Systems & process ownership: build and maintain a centralized production platform; guide regional tool rollout and procurement
- Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate timelines and deliverables; interface between design, visual merchandising, procurement, and partners
- Continuous improvement: optimize workflows, transparency, and scalability across teams and regions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years in retail production, visual merchandising, store design operations, or related fields
- strong knowledge of technical drawings, prototypes, and production specs
- procurement experience with global vs regional sourcing
- proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
- excellent communication, calm under pressure, and independent problem solving
- English fluent (C1+); German a plus
- solid project management experience and ability to prioritize multiple workstreams
