Overview

In diesem interim role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for a broad corporate portfolio in Zürich, partnering with managers to shape requirements and hiring strategies. You’ll build strategic talent pipelines and maintain a strong employer brand across external networks. You’ll leverage modern TA tools to track pipelines and report on progress in a high-growth, fast-changing environment. The role offers international exposure and a chance to influence hiring at scale during a growth phase.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions (Finance, HR, Legal, Strategy, Operations, Communications)
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
• Conduct structured talent assessments and present recommendations
• Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines
• Represent the company externally and manage employer brand presence
• Utilise modern TA tools to optimise processes, track pipeline health, and deliver reporting

Zentrale Anforderungen

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in multinational or fast-scaling settings
• Proven track record across diverse corporate functions
• Experience with digital and marketing recruitment
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence leaders
• Comfort with high expectations, shifting priorities, and fast pace
• Excellent communication and structured talent evaluation approach
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
• Hands-on, adaptable, able to work independently in evolving setups
