- Initial professional experience in engineering, utilities, energy, infrastructure or industrial environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

- Ability to interact confidently with customers and stakeholders
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Fluent English and German
- Knowledge of power systems, utilities, software implementation or data-related projects is an advantage
