Overview
In this role you build and grow an international private client book within an independent EAM platform. You act as the primary advisor, onboarding new clients and deepening relationships across markets. You’ll collaborate with investment and operations teams to deliver tailored wealth solutions, while maintaining high standards of service and entrepreneurial autonomy. This is a high-impact, client-centric opportunity to shape a global private banking franchise.

- Acquire and onboard new international private clients
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients across markets
- Act as trusted advisor and primary client contact
- Understand clients' financial objectives and investment needs
- Collaborate with investment, advisory and operations teams to tailor solutions
- Identify opportunities to expand and deepen client relationships
- Develop network, market presence and referral channels
- Deliver high-quality service and professional client lifecycle management
- Develop your own client franchise within the platform
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Several years of experience in wealth management, private banking, EAM or similar
- Existing network and/or transferable book of international private clients
- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship development
- Ability to independently onboard new clients
- Strong understanding of investment products and wealth management for internationally mobile clients
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High integrity and long-term client-centric mindset
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
