The bank operates in a highly digital environment at the intersection of banking regulation, financial innovation, and technology. This hands‑on role involves direct business interaction, regulatory complexity, and operational exposure, including developments linked to digital assets and crypto‑related topics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide second-line compliance support and advice to internal business and operational teams.
• Support the implementation, monitoring, and documentation of compliance controls.
• Contribute to the review and update of internal policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
• Monitor Swiss and relevant international regulatory developments and assess their impact.
• Support regulatory analysis linked to new business initiatives, including digital assets and crypto‑related topics.
• Review, analyse, and coordinate legal or contractual documentation when required.
