- Developing and executing the group's funding and treasury strategy.
- Managing relationships with banks, lenders and financial institutions.
- Negotiating and expanding bilateral and syndicated credit facilities.
- Structuring trade finance solutions to support physical metals transactions.
- Optimising working capital, liquidity and cash flow management.
- Supporting traders on complex financing and prepayment structures.
- Identifying new financing partners and funding sources.
- Monitoring financing risks and ensuring compliance with banking covenants.
- Providing strategic recommendations to shareholders and senior management regarding capital structure and growth initiatives.
- Leading and developing the Trade Finance and Treasury function.

- Deep knowledge of working capital management, liquidity planning and structured commodity finance.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to partner effectively with trading teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced international environment.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are an asset.
