Responsibilities:
- Assist the CIO with daily operations and key business activities.
- Respond to client and CRM requests related to investment advice, performance, and portfolio management.
- Prepare detailed investment presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance and key investment holdings.
- Manage rebalancing requests to ensure optimal portfolio alignment.
- Maintain up-to-date factsheets on strategic equity investments.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and advisors to support effective execution of investment strategies.
- Conduct market and security-level research to support investment decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial and investment models.
Ideal Candidate:
- Investment analyst role in a multi-family office.

- Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interest in financial markets, macroeconomics, and multi-asset investment products, with a foundational understanding of portfolio management.
- Experience with Bloomberg Professional is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and German; French language skills are a plus.
