We are looking for a client, a small organization located in Nyon, for an Accounting Assistant. The client is a family-sized structure based in the center of Nyon.MissionsThe main responsibilities of this Accounting Assistant position will be as follows:Accounting- Monitor client cash inflows and outflows (transfers, payments)- Update management tools- Record all accounting entries related to files- Verify and prepare payments to be made- Produce financial reports by file (amounts received, paid, balances)- Manage client provisions- Check for discrepancies or errors and inform clients if necessary- Guarantee consistency between accounts, files, and dataBilling- Identify files to be invoiced- Establish and check client invoices- Monitor files in progress and follow up on their payment- Update tracking tools- Manage the sending of documents to clients or partners- Verify that all necessary elements are present before invoicing- Archive files once invoiced- Organize physical and digital archiving of files- Ensure that the financial situation is settled before closingProfileThe person we are looking for will bring the following profile and skills in accounting / management / finance:- Proficiency in ERP / accounting software tools and Excel- Experience in a structured environment (firm, SME, fiduciary...) would be a plus- Rigor and sense of organization- Management of priorities and sense of serviceConditions and BenefitsThe opportunity to join a human-sized organization for a fixed-term mission. jidcd6f486aen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
