About Our Client Our client is a well-established Wealth & Asset Manager based in Geneva and also in other financial places. Job Description Integration within the Finance Department; Preparing the monthly accounting package for each Group’s entities (invoices, account statements, etc). for the Finance Manager to revise prior to sending to the accounting firms in each jurisdiction; Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget for all entities and the monthly report of expenses versus budget; Receive and register in internal controls all payments to be executed according to the budget and under the terms and conditions agreed upon with the service providers. Verify all invoices and seek approval from the Finance Manager where necessary; Once payments are validated by the Finance Manager, input payments in the bank accounts for the Group related to the regular operations of the company. Once all payments are input, seek approval for payments by the relevant members of the Executive Committee; Assisting the Finance Manager in the preparation and maintenance of the budget for Funds at sub-fund level; Preparing the recharging of invoices from entities to Funds, at subfund level; Preparing the bi-monthly Invoice Payment Log, requesting approval from the Finance Manager and coordinating with the fund’s Administrator the payment schedule for all invoices to be paid by the funds; Assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of the monthly payroll for all staff, assuring accuracy of all items including salaries, benefits and taxes, and preparing the monthly transfers into the staff’s bank accounts for signatory approvals; Assisting the Finance Manager in all matters related to personnel files, to assure that all pension plans and benefits are up to date at all times; Interacting with the Office Building Management company in Geneva and other locations to resolve any issues related to the office space; Helping monitoring that all service providers deliver their services according to the terms and conditions specified in the respective contracts; Link with other internal departments; Participation in the day to day in the office. The Successful Applicant Certified Accountant degree; Good command on budget and treasury control; Basic knowledge of personnel management, including payroll rules, benefits, pension plan basics, and personal income tax rules; Minimum three years‘ experience in accounting/treasury in a Swiss company ; Good leadership skills to supervise service providers and create a positive environment amongst all peers; Excellent business presence; Proficient in English and French ; Available as soon as possible.
