- Manage internal and external communications, including telephone calls and emails. - Ensure the management and updating of administrative documents. - Organise and coordinate meetings, including the preparation of minutes. - Support the team in managing files and archives. - Perform data entry tasks and ensure their accuracy. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of administrative processes. - Prepare reports and presentations as required. - Provide general administrative support for the secretarial department.
