Our client is a small-scale architectural firm and general contractor based in the Lausanne region.
They have commissioned us to recruit an Assistant in Works Management M/F.
The position is available between 80% and 100%.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities are:
- - Ensure the administrative follow-up of projects, from the preparation of files to their updating and archiving. - - Manage tender requests, follow up with service providers and participate in the preparation of offer comparisons. - - Handle the administrative and financial management of files: contracts, amendments, invoicing, payments. - - Provide administrative support to project managers in the preparation, control and coordination of their files. - - Organise meetings, write minutes and ensure follow-up of actions and associated information. - - Welcome visitors, manage calls, emails and mail, as well as various administrative coordination tasks. - - This list is not exhaustive
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in Switzerland MANDATORY.
- Good knowledge of the Swiss construction sector.
- Proficiency in Excel required, knowledge of Messerli is an asset.
- Ability to manage several files simultaneously, good communication, organisation, responsiveness, anticipation.
