We are looking for the recruitment of a Construction Management Assistant. The position is to be filled between 80% and 100%.MissionsYour main missions are:- Ensure project monitoring, from the creation of files to their update and archiving.- Manage submission requests, ensure their follow-up with companies, and participate in the analysis of offers.- Ensure the administrative and financial management of files: amendments, payments.- Provide support to project managers in the monitoring, control, and organization of their files.- Organize meetings, write minutes, and ensure the follow-up of actions and deadlines associated.- Ensure the reception of visitors, the management of calls, emails, and mail, as well as various administrative tasks.
