Candidate Profile
- Higher education (Engineer or ES Technician) - Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in an industrial environment - Expertise in highly complex processes or products - Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing - Experience in machining is an asset - Strong field orientation, analytical and synthetic mindset - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Autonomy, rigour, flexibility, and organisational skills - Initiative and solution-oriented approach - You hold a driving licence and are willing to travel within the region
