We are recruiting on behalf of a property management company firmly established in the canton of Geneva, recognised for the quality of its services and the loyalty of its staff.
As part of the development of its activities, our client wishes to strengthen its team with a Property Accountant responsible for a rental management portfolio.
You will join a structure offering a structured working environment, efficient tools and real autonomy in managing your files.
Responsibilities
- Complete management of the accounting for a rental property portfolio - Preparation of management statements and periodic closings - Payment of available funds to owners - Management of supplier invoices and payment follow-up - Bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring - Preparation of heating and charges statements - Participation in the takeover and transfer of mandates - Preparation of annual budgets - Collaboration with managers and various internal stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- Accounting training - Minimum 3 years of experience in property accounting in Switzerland - Knowledge of property management software such as Quorum or equivalent - Good understanding of accounting mechanisms related to rental management - Organised, reliable and autonomous personality - Service-oriented and able to manage several deadlines simultaneously
