Job Description Directement rattaché(e) au CFO, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique et opérationnel pour garantir la gestion et l’analyse financière de la société. Vous serez également impliqué(e) dans des projets stratégiques du groupe, en agissant comme un véritable partenaire du CFO. Vos missions principales : Mettre en place et suivre les analyses des marges par ligne de business ; produire des rapports financiers précis et exploitables. Préparer et assurer le reporting mensuel, ainsi que contribuer à l’élaboration du rapport annuel. Élaborer et suivre des indicateurs clés (KPIs) pour optimiser la gestion financière. Superviser la trésorerie et garantir la gestion efficace des paiements fournisseurs. Collaborer à l’optimisation des processus financiers et administratifs. Gérer les relations avec les partenaires internes et externes (banques, fiduciaires, auditeurs, etc.). Contribuer à la planification budgétaire et stratégique du groupe, y compris le suivi du cash flow . The Successful Applicant Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous apportez : Une formation supérieure en finance ou comptabilité (Bachelor ou Master). Entre 5 et 8 ans d’expérience en gestion financière, idéalement au sein d’une PME ou d’une entreprise de services. Une maîtrise solide des principes de contrôle de gestion, comptabilité et reporting. Un excellent niveau en Excel, ainsi qu’une bonne expérience avec les ERP (Abacus est un atout). Une grande capacité à synthétiser des données complexes pour en faire des analyses pertinentes. Une maîtrise parfaite du français et un bon niveau d’anglais (oral et écrit). Rigueur, discrétion, sens de l’organisation et esprit d’équipe sont vos forces.
