Our client is seeking a Senior FPGA Development Engineer to contribute to the design and evolution of advanced test solutions. You will leverage FPGA and software development expertise to build scalable infrastructure and the quality assurance process for electronic systems. Our client is a globally recognized technology company known for developing consumer and professional products, combining engineering excellence with a collaborative culture, offering opportunities to work on high-impact technology projects.Description- Design and develop FPGA firmware for test systems.- Contribute to the development of a test framework.- Implement and verify FPGA modules supporting product validation and testing.- Develop reusable and maintainable FPGA architectures.- Utilize modern FPGA design frameworks such as Amaranth and simulation environments and testbenches.- Develop Python-based tools and scripts for data analysis and test results and troubleshoot hardware and firmware issues.- Collaborate closely with software, hardware, and test engineering teams.- Follow structured development processes and contribute to continuous improvement of CI/CD workflows and engineering activities.- Document designs, activities, and technical decisions.Profile- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in FPGA development.- Strong knowledge of FPGA design using Verilog and/or VHDL.- Experience with FPGA design frameworks such as Amaranth, Yosys, LiteX, Migen, MyHDL, or similar.- Strong programming skills in Python.- Experience with FPGA simulation and verification tools such as Icarus Verilog, Verilator, or similar.- Solid understanding of digital electronics and embedded systems.- Experience with embedded firmware development is considered a plus.- Familiarity with Git, GitHub Actions, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.- Comfortable working within structured engineering and review processes.- Excellent skills in English.
