As part of the development of its activities in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Building Pollutant Diagnostician to strengthen its team.
Missions- Perform pre-work and pre-demolition diagnostics on various types of structures.- Carry out surveys and sampling related to building pollutants.- Identify and evaluate the presence of asbestos, PCB, PAH, lead, and regulated substances.- Perform field work in accordance with current regulatory requirements.- Write technical reports and ensure clear presentation of results to clients regarding issues related to building pollutants.- Participate in the technical monitoring of projects in collaboration with the various stakeholders.- Ensure compliance with internal procedures as well as the quality of technical deliverables.
Profile- Degree in the fields of building, environment, civil engineering, or equivalent.- Experience in carrying out building pollutant diagnostics.- Experience in pre-work and/or pre-demolition diagnostics.- Mastery of regulatory requirements and sampling methods.- Proficiency in writing technical reports.- Mastery of office tools.- Driver's license essential.
