This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to commercial and partnership agreements within an international setting. /ph3Job Description /h3ulliSupport the development and finalisation of contracts across the organisation. /liliReview and quality-check contracts generated by operational programmes and teams. /liliWork directly with project teams and external partners to support contractual discussions and facilitate agreements with service providers and partner organisations. /liliContribute to the management of contractual risk and assist in resolving complex contractual and legal issues arising during the contracting process. /liliCollaborate with colleagues to improve and streamline contract management processes and ensure high-quality contractual documentation. /liliSupport the delivery of contracts within short turnaround times while maintaining accuracy and consistency. /li /ulh3The Successful Applicant /h3ulliMaster's degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification. /liliApproximately 5 years of professional experience within legal contracting, contract management or commercial legal functions.
