pulliAccounting department /liliFinancial Services Company /li /ulh3About Our Client /h3pOur client is a financial services company managing multiple entities and bank accounts. /ph3Job Description /h3ulliJoining the Accounting department; /liliRecording accounting entries for various companies and bank accounts; /liliProcessing bank transactions, intercompany operations, investment movements, foreign exchange revaluations, accruals, and prepayments; /liliReviewing and controling supplier invoices and expenses; /liliCoordinating with Treasury for supplier payments; /liliPreparing bank and balance sheet reconciliations; /liliAssisting with quarterly funding requests and management accounts; /liliSupporting annual budgeting and year-end closing activities; /liliMaintaining accounting, banking, and administrative records; /liliPerforming ad hoc analyses and supporting additional finance-related projects as required; /liliReporting to the clients and the Management; /liliParticipation to the day to day in the office. /li /ulh3The Successful Applicant /h3ulliAccounting qualification and/or knowledge of accounting principles, ideally IFRS; /lili1 to 2 years of experience in a similar accounting function; /liliProficient in Microsoft Office with strong IT aptitude and the ability to learn new systems quickly; /liliFluent in French and English; /liliReliable, rigorous, detail-oriented, and organized; /liliStrong team player with a high degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. /li /ulh3What's on Offer /h3pOur client offers a 100% permanent contract within a qualitative, international and human-sized working environment. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
