Job Description
- Support demand planning and fulfilment activities for key customer accounts.
- Monitor order execution and delivery performance to ensure service level targets are achieved.
- Act as a central point of coordination between regional teams and operational functions.
- Optimize inventory allocation and product availability to maximize order fulfilment.
- Analyze operational performance and produce regular reports and recommendations.
- Investigate and resolve fulfilment exceptions, supply issues and order-related challenges.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance teams to support business objectives.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and customer service.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Supply Chain, Fulfilment, Customer Service or Wholesale Operations.
- Experience within consumer goods, retail, fashion or a similarly fast-paced environment.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets and reporting tools.
- SAP experience required
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Effective communicator able to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented approach.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
