As part of the development of its activities, my client, based in the canton of Fribourg, is looking for an HVAC Project Manager (M/F).
The company, of a human scale and operating in a manner close to a family environment, works on complete technical projects, from design to realisation, in collaboration with local partners. It is distinguished by its proximity, responsiveness and on-site involvement.
Responsibilities
As an HVAC Project Manager, you are involved in the entire project lifecycle:
Project management
- Design and develop HVAC solutions tailored to client needs - Develop technical concepts and carry out the sizing of installations
Supervision and execution
- Plan, coordinate and monitor projects until commissioning - Manage external partners and local companies - Ensure rigorous site monitoring with a strong presence on site - Guarantee respect for deadlines, costs and quality standards
Client relations
- Be the main client contact throughout the project - Provide relevant technical solutions and ensure close support
Financial monitoring
- Participate in the preparation of offers and budgets - Ensure financial monitoring of projects
Candidate profile
- Technical training in the HVAC field (engineer or equivalent) - Proven experience in HVAC project management with a strong focus on site execution - Good knowledge of the Swiss market and current standards - Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and coordinate various stakeholders - Autonomous, rigorous person with a good sense of responsibility - Fluent French and minimum B2 level German required
