Hydraulic Structures Project Manager (M/F)
Our client is a consulting engineering firm specialised in civil engineering and hydraulics, working on projects with significant technical and environmental challenges in Switzerland and internationally. Active for many years, it supports its public and private clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design to implementation. As part of its development, we are recruiting a Hydraulic Project Manager (M/F).
Responsibilities
River hydraulics and developments : Management of river development, renaturation and hydraulic risk management projects Design and sizing of hydraulic structures such as dikes, dams and protective works Conducting and supervising hydraulic and hydrological studies Participation in defining technical solutions adapted to environmental and regulatory constraints
Project management and coordination : Leading mandates from the study phase to implementation Coordination of internal teams and external partners Monitoring project costs, deadlines and quality Participation in tenders and drafting technical and commercial proposals
Relations and operational follow-up : Interface with clients, authorities and stakeholders Participation in site visits, expert assessments and construction monitoring Contribution to business development and acquisition of new mandates
Candidate profile
Civil engineering, hydraulics or equivalent engineering degree Minimum 3 years of experience in hydraulic engineering, ideally in a consulting firm Strong knowledge of river hydraulics and hydrology Proficiency in hydraulic modelling tools and GIS Proven experience in project management Ability to work independently with a global vision of projects Excellent writing and interpersonal skills French: C1
