Oversee helpdesk and service management processes, ensuring high service quality.
Manage collaboration and productivity tools used across the organization.
Continuously improve employee experience through technology and automation.
Partner with cybersecurity teams to maintain security and compliance standards.
Manage IT budgets, software licenses, hardware, and vendor relationships.
Enterprise Systems & Vendor Management Maintain oversight of the company's application and Saa S landscape.

Profile 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, Enterprise Systems, Digital Workplace, or a similar leadership role.
Strong experience managing IT support, workplace technology, identity and access management, and device lifecycle management.
Proven track record in Saa S governance, vendor management, software licensing, and budget management.
Experience working in international, multi-site, or fast-growing technology environments.
Knowledge of automation and AI solutions in a corporate setting is highly desirable.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
