Job Description
- Previous experience in event security/operational security.
- German language skills at a minimum B2 level are mandatory.
- Support the planning and execution of security operations for international events.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security concepts, risk mitigation measures, and operational plans.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and security service providers.
- Manage security-related documentation, administrative processes, and event planning activities.
- Liaise with venues, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure security requirements are met.
- Monitor the progress of security preparations and follow up on key action items.
- Contribute to operational readiness and event security logistics.
- Provide on-site support during events and assist with the coordination of security operations.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree or equivalent professional experience in Security, Law Enforcement, Military Service, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in event security, operational security, or security coordination.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external service providers.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- German language skills at a minimum B2 level are mandatory.
