You are responsible for reporting to management and shareholders, lead structuring projects aimed at spreading a financial culture, and manage a small team which you support in its development.

For a Geneva-based company with an international reach whose products are distributed on all continents and production is located in Switzerland, we are looking for a Management Control Manager (M/F).
This recruitment is part of an integration process of a small, initially family-owned group into a listed multinational. In this context of structuring and transformation, the Chief Financial Officer wishes to strengthen his team in order to develop a finance function focused on performance, steering and business support.
Responsibilities
Financial steering & FP&A
- Develop budgets, forecasts and medium-term plans. - Analyse performance and variances, formulate operational recommendations. - Act as a business partner to management and operational teams.
Group & shareholder reporting
- Produce reliable, concise and decision-oriented financial reporting. - Meet reporting requirements related to integration into a multinational group.
Industrial management control
- Manage standard costs and analyse variances. - Monitor profitability by products, markets and customers. - Deploy and monitor industrial and financial KPIs.
Team management & development
- Lead, motivate and develop the skills of a small management control team. - Organise work, set priorities and promote good financial practices.
Processes & transformation projects
- Structure and evolve management control processes. - Optimise tools (ERP, BI, reporting). - Support change and strengthen the financial culture within the group.
Candidate profile
- Proven experience in industrial management control / FP&A (at least 8 years), ideally in an international environment. - Strong mastery of industrial costing and performance management. - First experience in team management and project management highly desirable. - Comfortable with ERP and reporting / BI tools. - Rigor, functional leadership, analytical mindset and business orientation. - Languages: fluent French and English.
