For one of our clients, we are looking for an Occupational Pension Manager on a permanent contract between 80% and 100%, based in the canton of Vaud. The colleague will join the Occupational Pension Management department.
Occupational Pension Manager 80% - 100% (m / f)
Our client is a reputable organisation active in insurance and pension brokerage in Switzerland and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Integration within the Occupational Pension Management department; - Advising and informing clients (insured persons and/or employees) on all aspects related to pensions; - Responsible for all tasks related to the occupational pension of the insured, from their affiliation to their exit (handling changes, home ownership incentives, divorce in occupational pensions, buybacks, etc.); - Managing work incapacity cases in coordination with the pension fund reinsurer and the client’s human resources; - Support for year-end closing tasks, notably reconciliations between management and accounting; - Collaboration with experts, actuaries, accountants and lawyers; - Client and management reporting; - Participation in the daily life of the office.
Candidate Profile
- Training in pensions and/or insurance; - 1-3 years of similar and significant experience in the field of occupational pensions in Switzerland; - Good knowledge of occupational pensions; - Excellent command of French, both spoken and written; - Proficiency in German or English, both spoken and written, is required; - High level of rigour, interpersonal skills, service orientation, organisational and communication skills, autonomy and team spirit.
