About Our Client International company. Job Description Oversee and ensure the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll. Prepare monthly and annual reports, and handle payroll-related closing tasks, including tax at source, social security, and other legal obligations. Notify social security partners of employee arrivals and departures, and manage loss of earnings requests (APG) as needed. Maintain full compliance with payroll and social security regulations at all times. Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external payroll-related inquiries. Provide proactive advice and support to employees on payroll, social security, and tax at source matters. Continuously evaluate and enhance payroll processes. Contribute to monthly accounting closings and perform balance sheet reconciliations. Offer support and guidance during the monthly payroll forecasting and annual budgeting processes. The Successful Applicant Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and/or Brevet Fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité, or equivalent accounting qualification Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English Knowledge of SwissSalary or any major SWISSDEC certified payroll system Advanced skills in Excel Ability to handle sensitive data with great attention to detail Aptitude for meeting strict deadlines, especially at month-end Ability to work in a culturally diverse organization What’s on Offer International work environment 6 weeks of holidays per year
