Excellent opportunity to join a renowned general contractor as a Project Assistant on a 100% permanent contract.Project AssistantOur client is a renowned general contractor based in the region, and we are assisting them in the recruitment of a Project Assistant.MissionsYour main missions are:- Ensure the complete management of construction projects, including the monitoring of amendments, submissions, minutes, and other contractual documents.- Support project managers and site managers in their tasks and ensure the proper progress of construction sites and project-related events.- Coordinate the follow-up of condominium buyers, manage associated correspondence, and exchanges with the various stakeholders.- Participate in the financial management of projects, including client and supplier invoicing, control of accounting documents, and budget monitoring.- Serve as a primary point of contact between internal teams, clients, companies, and external partners to ensure fluid and efficient communication.- Contribute to the proper functioning and continuous improvement of processes, through rigorous management of data, tracking tools, and documentation.
