For one of our clients, we are looking for a Technical Claims Manager in property insurance, FR / ENG, permanent position at 100%, based in the canton of Fribourg. The person will strengthen the team and provide high-level technical support in the management of property claims (buildings, property, technical, civil liability, etc.). The client is a prominent player active in insurance brokerage and pension provision.MissionsClaims management- Manage claims autonomously in the relevant branches;- Coordinate claims with companies, businesses, and clients;- Ensure claims follow-up / proactive reminders and support our clients with insurance companies;- Manage, verify, and transmit documents from insurance companies and clients;- Verify the accuracy of statements;- Advise clients by phone and/or email;- Manage claims and local policies;- Ensure client technical support;- Guarantee the quality and traceability of documentation;- Present claims audits to clients;- Update tools (Brokers, M-Files, Power BI, etc.) according to guidelines;- Other tasks upon request;Cross-functional support & expertise- Provide technical support to internal management teams on complex claims files;- Support those concerned during the establishment of audits, specific missions, or meetings;- Participate in the drafting of management and collective solutions;- Be a recognized contact person for companies, experts, and partners;- Accompany client advisors;- Ensure coverage based on claims experience;- Gather necessary information, establish calls for tenders, and coverage in support of those concerned;Development- Contribute to the transmission of knowledge via seminars or internal training;- Participate in technical sessions intended for clients or management;Profile- Higher education in the field of insurance, or equivalent, with AFA;- Confirmed experience in property claims management;- Mastery of office tools and insurance management software (such as Brokers, M-Files, MS Office, etc.);- Excellent ability to simplify technical subjects, rigor, autonomy;- Ease and sense of teamwork;- Very good command of French and English, both oral and written;- Swiss residency.Conditions and Benefits- A pleasant, multi-site work environment;- Possibility of teleworking up to 2 days per week with transport cost coverage;- Provision of electric bicycles at certain sites;- Social insurance & pension fund conditions for staff;- Encouragement for continuing education;- Advantageous leave (special leave and offered days, vacation). jid5d920a3aen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
