Our client is a well-established property management firm in Geneva, with a strong corporate culture.
They have mandated us to recruit a Property Manager for a permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a portfolio of residential and/or mixed-use properties (institutional portfolio) - Be the primary contact for tenants, owners, contractors and external partners. - Conduct property inspections. - Ensure proper maintenance of the buildings and coordinate necessary technical interventions. - Oversee the administrative processing of leases, rent adjustments and various correspondence. - Verify invoices, statements and other documents related to property operations. - Advise owners on matters related to enhancing the value of their real estate assets. - Manage an Assistant Property Manager

Candidate Profile
- Specialised training in real estate (federal diploma obtained or in progress, an advantage). - Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (or as a Rental/Administrative Manager) in Switzerland MANDATORY. - Good knowledge of legal aspects related to rental property. - Excellent writing skills and interpersonal ease. - Sense of responsibility, autonomy and initiative. - Customer-oriented with the ability to build lasting trust-based relationships.
