Description Reporting directly to the Head of Real Estate Investments of the family office, your main activities will include: Asset Management : Drive relationships with the property managers, follow up on assets and developments with third parties, review appraisals and budget and update financial models & business plans.
Conduct scenario analysis and strategic analysis to drive strategic decisions on portfolio positions.
Active participation in letting initiatives.
Acquisitions : Produce analysis and conduct the due-diligence process.
Produce financial models for selected opportunities as well as investment memorandums.
Portfolio Management : Responsible for gathering, centralising and consolidating the Annual Report and Quarterly Board Reports based on the Portfolio consolidation.
Strategy : support and provide input on establishing the company's long term investment strategy.
Pipeline : Source deals and develop a network of potential partners in order to bring new opportunities for consideration.
- Profile Bachelor/master's degree with Business/Real Estate or Construction focus

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant professional work experience focused on international real estate management/investment, ideally with a first exposure to Swiss assets.
Asset management experience, including supervision of third parties Financial modelling skills and understanding of real estate investment process (including private equity real estate, strong excel-skills Strong organisational skills.
