Responsibilities
- Complete management of PPE and rental accounting - Monitoring of receipts and payments - Performing bank reconciliations - Preparation of periodic and annual closings - Preparation of expense and heating statements - Preparation of financial statements for managed properties - Expense control and monitoring of unpaid amounts - Coordination with managers, co-owners and owners - Participation in continuous improvement and process optimisation projects
Candidate Profile
- Training in accounting - Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate accounting within a Swiss property management company - Proven experience in PPE and rental accounting - Good command of real estate business tools - Rigorous, autonomous and solution-oriented personality - Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
