Our client, a leading company in Geneva, is seeking an SAP FI/CO Architect or Manager. This role is responsible for the analysis, design, enhancement, and support of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions across a complex global landscape. The successful candidate will act as the functional lead for the Record-to-Report.Solution Architecture & Process Design- Design and maintain end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes within SAP.- Work closely with Finance stakeholders, including Accounting, Controlling, and Tax teams, to understand business requirements and ensure SAP solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with the architecture and global standards.- Safeguard the consistency, integrity, and reliability of SAP Finance solutions across business streams, including:- Order-to-Cash (O2C)- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)- Treasury- Legacy and systemsProject Delivery & Leadership- Lead and mentor Business Analysts and functional resources involved in project delivery.- Lead key project activities, including:- Requirements and process blueprinting- Solution design and proof-of-concept- Configuration and testing- Functional specifications for developments and enhancements- User Acceptance Testing- Evaluate and prioritize, challenge, or reject solution requests based on business value and architectural alignment.- Promote SAP best practices and standard approaches whenever possible.Governance & Management- Define project timelines in collaboration with technical and development teams.- Oversee change management processes and approve production releases.- Work closely with Project Managers to manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.- Define and maintain the SAP Finance roadmap.- Support Application Management Services (AMS) teams for issue resolution and ongoing support.- Conduct impact assessments for enhancements, cutovers, and adherence to established governance, support, and change management procedures.- Monitor business processes and system performance to ensure continuity.Profile- Minimum 10 years of SAP experience across implementations, rollouts, and support.- Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA projects.- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FI/CO, including:- General Ledger (GL)- Accounts Payable (AP)- Accounts Receivable (AR)- Asset Accounting (AA)- Controlling (CO)- Master Data Management- Financial closing and reporting processes- University degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, or a related field.Personal Competencies- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.- Strategic and leadership mindset with experience working in multicultural and global environments.- Ability to influence decision-making across business and IT.- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. jid9aa1eecaen jit0833aen jpiy26aen
