This role will collaborate closely with various departments, including finance, operations, and executive leadership, to coordinate, consolidate and report financial performance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Statutory Reporting Consolidation /h3 ulliContribute to the quarterly consolidation process, according to IFRS standards, ensuring accuracy and timely completion and the drafting of the accounts and closing notes /liliCollect, analyse quarterly consolidation packages from subsidiaries and follow up open points /liliManage balance sheet reviews /liliEnsuring compliance with group accounting policies, tax regulations, and local GAAP, including support for the conversion to IFRS /li /ul h3Financial Reporting Systems /h3 ulliHFM EPM Administration as part of the closing process /liliHFM reporting structure and hierarchy /liliAssist in the implementation of a new consolidation system /li /ul h3Process Improvement and Optimization /h3 ulliIdentify opportunities and drive recommendations to streamline the accounting processes to enhance reporting capabilities and improve efficiency and accuracy of financial data /liliStaying updated with the latest IFRS standards and adapting processes and SOPs accordingly /liliInitiating process improvements and streamlining reporting procedures /liliParticipate in the updating of the group's accounting procedures and assist/train subsidiaries for their proper application /liliUpdate reporting procedures based on ongoing projects and training of the financial community /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pThe Senior Statutory Consolidation Analyst we are looking for will bring the following background and experience: /p ulli5-7 years of experience in a corporate/group finance position /liliQualified accountant with strong background in IFRS experience, accounting and consolidation /liliAbility to prepare and present to senior management /liliSolid knowledge of the Hyperion Smartview and HFM /liliAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills /liliBusiness fluent in English, any further European language is an asset /liliStrong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and integrity of financial information. /liliExcellent communication skills with the ability to structure your thoughts and derive action plans for your team to execute, as well as the ability to communicate efficiently across all staff and stakeholders' levels /liliTeam hands-on working style /liliGood organizational skills, autonomous and reliable /li /ul h3Job Offer /h3 pThe opportunity to join an international organization on a 7-month contract. /p p2 remote days per week. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
