Define and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
Manage renovation, transformation and infrastructure improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory and environmental requirements.
Supervise and coordinate external contractors as well as internal technical teams.
Develop, manage and monitor operating and investment budgets.
Establish performance indicators and provide regular reporting to management.
Identify technical risks and propose appropriate solutions.
Participate in defining the organisation’s asset and technical strategy.

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in technical management of buildings, infrastructures or complex installations.
Proven experience in managing technical teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and interact with diverse stakeholders.
