To support the development of our client in French-speaking Switzerland, I am looking for a Technical Sales Representative capable of supporting clients, identifying new growth opportunities, and actively contributing to the development of their business in the Swiss market.Technical Sales RepresentativeOur client is a recognized player in the field of industrial coatings and high value-added technical solutions.Missions- You ensure the commercial development and complete management of a client portfolio in Switzerland.- You support your clients with a service-oriented approach and create relationships of trust.- You develop existing markets and identify new commercial opportunities in line with the strategy of the company.- You actively prospect for new clients and participate in the expansion of our presence on the market.- You analyze market trends and propose concrete actions to strengthen our positioning.- You identify opportunities and needs regarding products, services, and solutions.- You organize, prepare, and lead technical presentations for clients and carry out various reporting and administrative tasks related to your activity.Profile- You work mainly in the field (French-speaking Switzerland) and from home, with travel in German-speaking Switzerland.- You possess a technical background, ideally in painting, industrial lacquering, or a related field.- You benefit from successful initial experience in a sales function.- You have knowledge of liquid coatings, industrial paints, or application systems.- You demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills.- You appreciate dynamic environments and are motivated by continuous development and challenges.- You actively contribute to a culture of transparency, trust, and feedback.- You are recognized for your autonomy, reliability, perseverance, and team spirit.- You have perfect command of French (C1) and possess a good level of German (B1), both oral and written.- You ideally have good knowledge of English (B1).Conditions and BenefitsOur client offers you:- A market development challenge- A stable structure- A company car jid6164867aen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
