Responsibilities
Project management during the construction phase * Take charge of energy renovation operations from the execution phase * Plan, organise and coordinate all works * Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality of deliverables
Tender and contractor management * Prepare tender documents * Manage tenders and analyse proposals * Negotiate and award contracts to companies * Ensure contractual follow-up of agents and contractors
Site supervision * Coordinate the various trades * Supervise work progress and anticipate issues * Guarantee the conformity of completed works * Provide regular reporting to stakeholders
Management of projects on occupied sites * Ensure smooth communication with occupants * Manage constraints related to building operations * Demonstrate diplomacy and pedagogy in handling sensitive situations * Maintain a high level of user satisfaction
Candidate profile
* Training in construction, building or equivalent * Minimum 5 years of experience in works management * Proven experience in energy renovation * Experience managing multi-building projects, ideally in occupied housing * Strong command of tender phases and execution follow-up
