About Our Client Our client is an internationally active and fast growing organisation with a strong creative and innovative DNA running throughout all areas of the organization. This is a contract role for at least 12M with a quick start required. The role focuses on sourcing at the beginning but has the option to evolve further.
Job Description
Lead proactive sourcing strategies, including market mapping and talent identification
Engage and screen senior candidates through high-quality introductory calls
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple functions
Support executive search processes with data-driven insights and reporting
Partner with stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs
Contribute to talent attraction strategies across creative and corporate domains
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in sourcing or talent research, ideally in executive search
Strong understanding of creative marketing, retail, or digital environments
Agile generalist mindset with the ability to pivot across roles and functions
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholdersData-driven approach with strong analytical and research capabilities
Background in creative agency environments is a strong advantage
Digitally savvy, trend-aware, and highly driven, with professional maturity
Based in Switzerland or open to relocating from major European hubs
