The organization places great importance on modern reporting and management tools to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence. As the Finance department develops further, the Business Analyst (m/f/d) role is being filled. We are looking for someone who connects Finance, Business and data analysis and acts as a knowledgeable contact for various stakeholders.

- Create, develop and automate reports, dashboards and analyses
- Analyze financial, business and performance metrics
- Advise the Finance Leadership Team on strategic and operational matters
- Handle complex ad hoc analyses and management requests
- Identify optimization and efficiency potential in reporting
- Work with business departments to derive relevant KPIs
- Prepare and present analysis results for different stakeholders
- Support forecasting, budgeting and planning processes
- Ensure high data quality and consistency across reporting
Требования:
- Successfully completed a degree in business or economics with a focus on Finance
- Several years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, BI Analyst or in a comparable role
- Experience using modern BI and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Experience creating and interpreting complex data analyses
- Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Experience working with Finance and Business stakeholders
- Confident handling of large volumes of data and complex relationships Structured and solution-oriented approach to work Strong numerical aptitude and a pronounced business understanding Fluent written and spoken German and English
