Задачи
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies for RX and OTC products
- Responsibility for the entire product lifecycle management
- Managing 2 employees
- Creating and implementing brand plans, including budget responsibility
- Analyzing market, competitor and customer data to identify growth opportunities
- Working closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs and external agencies
- Developing target-group-specific marketing materials and multichannel campaigns
- Planning and organizing congresses, events and training programs
- Monitoring relevant KPIs and deriving appropriate optimization measures
- Managing external service providers and agencies
Требования
- Successfully completed degree in business administration, marketing, life sciences or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally with responsibility for RX and OTC products
- Initial management experience
- Demonstrable success in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Experience in launch management is an advantage
- Analytical and strategic mindset combined with a strong hands-on mentality
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Confident use of relevant market and analysis tools
- Fluent German and English
