About Our Client Our client, a renowned Biotech company in the Zug area, is looking for an E2E Supply Planner to join their team because of a big implementation project. Start is asap, ideally August, for the next 12 months with extension option. Hybrid work model: 50% Home Office within Switzerland possible.
Job Description As a Supply Planner you will be supporting end-to-end supply planning for commercial products (FG, DG or DS) by coordinating demand, supply, inventory, product launches, and lifecycle management activities.
Your Task Areas Will Be As Follows
Developing end-to-end supply plans for commercial assets while balancing demand, supply, inventory, and capacity across a complex, multi-layered supply chain.
Ensuring product availability by monitoring inventory levels, resolving short-term supply issues, identifying supply risks, and supporting Regulatory CMC variation.
Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions to support the S&OP process and align supply plans.
Coordinating product launches and lifecycle management activities while managing multiple stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and leveraging Excel and planning systems to analyze data and enhance supply chain processes.
The Successful Applicant
Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
3‑6 years experience in supply planning, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Experience supporting supply planning activities related to Regulatory CMC variations is a strong asset.
Proficiency with various ERPs and planning systems for supply chain management, and especially proficiency with Excel.
Experience in contributing and navigating cross‑functional teams and managing complex projects.
Experience in product lifecycle management is an advantage.
Prior experience with regulatory processes within supply chain contexts is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
