Job Description
- Manage accounting processes for the EMEA region to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Overseeing key accounting operations across the region, including accounts payable, payroll accounting, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and general ledger activities.
- Driving cash flow management through accurate cash forecasting, intercompany funding coordination, and robust payment control processes.
- Ensuring effective payroll governance by managing payroll accounting, accruals, gross-to-net reconciliations, and compliance with local statutory requirements.
- Partnering with third-party providers, shared service centers, and local finance teams to deliver operational excellence and foster continuous process improvements.
- Acting as the primary escalation point for complex accounting, operational, and regulatory matters, ensuring timely resolution and compliance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Accounting Manager EMEA 100% should have:
- Strong technical accounting expertise in US GAAP, statutory reporting, and multinational consolidations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Deep understanding of internal controls, SOX compliance, and corporate governance.
- Experience managing outsourced accounting, payroll, and shared-service providers.
- Strong project management and process improvement capabilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth international environment.
- Fluent English communication skills.
