Submission and review of funding requests, and grant negotiation and design;Negotiating and drafting grant agreements and related legal documents;Management of grant portfolios (including, but not limited to, interpretation and enforcement of grant agreements, procurement matters, program implementation, privileges and immunities, dispute resolution, recoveries, and ensuring consistency and compliance with the Organisations‘ policies and procedures;To provide advice and legal support to other departments/teams;Risk identification and mitigation.At least 5 years of relevant legal experience;Law degree – Bar membership highly desirable;Previous Legal experience with international organisations, on both civil and common law jurisdictions;Proven experience on governance and policy development matters;Cross-border transactional experience in commercial, (international) banking, project finance, and corporate law, including governance, institutional and administrative policies, dispute resolution;Excellent level of English is a must and at least a C1 level of French is required (another language would be an asset);
